How do I chat with Youmi?
Open the app and tap Chat, or pick a feeling/topic on the Home screen. You can type or hold the mic to talk.

What is Youmi Plus?
An optional auto-renewable subscription that removes the daily free-session limit. Monthly and annual options are offered; the annual plan includes a free introductory period. The free tier gives one session per day.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: on your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Youmi Plus, and change or cancel. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

How do I delete my data?
Everything is stored on your device. In the app go to Me → Data controls to clear chat history, the current reflection, or all local data. Deleting the app also removes its data.

Is Youmi a therapy or crisis service?
No. Youmi is a supportive companion, not a medical, therapy, or emergency service. If you may be in danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away. The app also surfaces crisis resources under Me → Emotional support.

Do I need an account?
No. Youmi works as a guest with no sign-up.
